French Toast for the egg lovers!

Enjoy this awesome "fancy" dish - thats super easy and not so fancy! Great for any day, or fabulous fun festivities! And don't forget the croutons! (recipe below)

Easy Peasy Croutons

Using the crusts that you trimmed off the bread for the french toast - or any bread you have, cut the pieces into small chunks, about 1/2" (1cm) squares. Crust from one loaf.

Prepare a baking sheet, cover it with foil for easy clean up.

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Toss the chunks in a bowl with 3-4 tbsp olive oil. Season the croutons with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika. Toss everything together, so the pieces of bread are well seasoned. (we seasoned ours with sesame seeds, but they ARE an allergen, and not safe for everyone...)

Spread the bread chunks onto the pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. until golden brown and crunchy. (If you like to play, you can mix the croutons halfway through baking. If not, they will still turn out great!
